Greetings Festy Friends!

Thank you for visiting our website!  We hope you found it useful.  It is always great share the joy of festivals with new friends. We hope to meet you in person in the near future!

Our festival schedule for 2018 is already filling up, and we are excited about that!  Look for us at MerleFest, Shakori Hills Festival of Music and Dance, Rooster walk, Floydfest, Front Porch Fest, and back at Shakori in the Fall (with a few others in between!).  Let us know what festivals you are excited about and which ones we should checkout. Please share our website with friends that would benefit from it!

Maybe you have not been to a multi-day festival or are worried about the cost.  No doubt they can be expensive.  If you haven’t been to a particular festival before you’re not sure it will be worth the money – we understand!  Especially if you are like us and want to go to several festivals or have kids that want to go, it can be overwhelming!  Festival tip #1 is to try volunteering! It is a great way to test out a festival, find out some behind the scenes information, and usually get some pretty cool perks.  After volunteering at most of the festivals we attend, we have learned that some festivals are best to attend as volunteers and some are best just to go as paying attendees.  Aside from getting to know the festivals, volunteering has allowed us to meet the festival organizers, interact with artists, and have the best seats in the house for some of our favorite performers.  So let 2018 be the year you discover new festivals by being part of the action – volunteer!

If you have questions or comments about volunteering or attending any of the festivals listed here, message us on our Facebook page.  We’d love to chat with you!

Until the next festival, keep in touch, and again, let us know if you have any questions and please share our website with your friends!

Peace and gratitude!

Aaron, Jess, and FestWesty
